Facilitated by Aimee O’Gara
Aimee is a 500-hour certified yoga instructor with over a decade of personal practice and teaching experience. She completed her 200-hour training at American Yoga in Deerfield Beach, Florida in 2016 and her 300-hour training at World Peace Yoga School in Ubud, Bali in 2025.
She found yoga at 18 while recovering from a physical injury and quickly discovered its power to transform far beyond the mat. Aimee’s teaching is rooted in the eight-limb path of yoga, offered in a grounded accessible, and modern way. She creates an inclusive, empowering space where her students feel supported to explore their own path. Her goal is to help you recognize your potential—even if you don’t see it yet yourself.
“I created this retreat because I know what it feels like to enter winter overwhelmed and under-nourished. This weekend is your soft landing — a place to come home to yourself.”
